On Android
You can either enter a valid email address or use your Facebook or Google accounts to sign up to Hornet.
To sign up using your email address, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from Google Play Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap Sign-up for free
- Enter a valid email address and set a strong password
- Tap Sign up
- Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge
- We’ll send you an email validation message. When you receive it, please tap the Validate my email address button
To sign up using your Facebook account, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from Google Play Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap Sign-up for free
- Tap Sign up with Facebook (Don’t worry: we’ll never post anything on your behalf!)
- Sign in to your Facebook account, if necessary, and allow Hornet to connect with it
- Answer the reCAPTCHA check
To sign up using your Google account, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from Google Play Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap Sign-up for free
- Tap Sign up with Google
- Sign in to your Google account, if necessary, and allow Hornet to connect with it
- Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge
*Don’t worry: we’ll never post anything on your behalf!
On iOS
You can either enter a valid email address or use your Apple or Facebook accounts to sign up to Hornet.
To sign up using your email address, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from App Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap I’m new
- Tap Continue with your email
- Enter a valid email address, set a strong password, and tap Continue
- Fill out your information, review our guidelines, and set a profile photo
- We’ll send you an email validation message. When you receive it, please tap the Validate my email address button
To sign up using your Apple ID, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from App Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap I’m new
- Tap Continue with Apple and then tap Continue
- You’ll be asked to choose between sharing or hiding your email address from Hornet
- Fill out your information, review our guidelines and set a profile photo
To sign up using your Facebook account, please follow these steps:
- Download Hornet from App Store
- On Hornet’s home screen, tap I’m new
- Tap Continue with Facebook (Don’t worry: we’ll never post anything on your behalf!)
- Sign in to your Facebook account, if necessary, and allow Hornet to connect with it
- Fill out your information, review our guidelines and set a profile photo
On Web
You can either enter a valid email address or use your Facebook or Google accounts to sign up to Hornet.
To sign up using your email address, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://hornet.com/
- On the upper right corner, click Sign up
- Enter a valid email address, set a strong password, and click Sign up
- Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge
- Fill out your information, review our guidelines, and set a profile photo
- We’ll send you an email validation message. When you receive it, please click the Validate my email address button
To sign up using your Facebook account, please follow these steps:

- Click the Facebook button under the login area
- Sign in to your Facebook account, if necessary, and allow Hornet to connect with it (Don’t worry: we’ll never post anything on your behalf!)

To sign up using your Google Account, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://hornet.com/.
- Click the Google button under the login area
- Sign in to your Google account, if necessary, and allow Hornet to connect with it
- Fill out your information, review our guidelines, and set a profile photo
If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, right under your name, and begins with the “@” symbol.
