You can use either your mobile device or desktop computer to subscribe to Premium. To do it, please follow these steps:
On Android
- Open Hornet and go to your profile
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Select Upgrade to Premium
- Choose your plan and tap Subscribe
- Review your payment information with Google Play Store and confirm
On iOS
- Open Hornet and go to your profile
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Select Upgrade to Premium
- Choose your plan and tap Subscribe
- Review your payment information with App Store and confirm
On Web
- Open Hornet and click your photo thumbnail on the upper right corner and select Premium
- Choose your plan and click on Subscribe Now
- Enter your payment information and confirm
If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, right under your name, and begins with the “@” symbol.
