How can I change my password?

To change your password, please follow these steps:

On Android
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile
  • Tap the  icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Select Account and tap the icon
  • Select Change Password and set your new password
  • Confirm by tapping OK
On iOS
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile
  • Tap the  icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Select Account and then Password
  • Set your new password and confirm it by tapping done on your keyboard
On Web
  • Click your profile photo on the upper right corner and select Account
  • Scroll down to the Password section and set your new password
  • Confirm by clicking Save

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, right under your name, and begins with the “@” symbol.
