When you become a Hornet Member, charges are processed by one of our commercial partners (Apple, Google, Stripe). Because each partner manages its own billing, you’ll need to cancel your membership through the same platform where you originally subscribed.
To stop auto‑renewal of your Hornet membership, please follow these steps:
Cancel via Android / Google Play Store
- Open Google Play on your device.
- Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Select Payments and Subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Hornet and tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm.
Cancel via Google Pay (for other payment methods on Android)
- Visit pay.google.com and log in with your Google Account if necessary.
- Under the Subscriptions & Services tab, find your Hornet membership.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel via iOS / App Store
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile picture on the upper right corner (Account Page).
- Select Subscriptions and find your Hornet membership.
- Tap the Cancel Subscription button.
- Confirm.

Cancel via the Web
- Open the internet browser on your device and go to https://hornet.com/ for Stripe purchase, or https://next.hornet.com for Authorize purchase (you can check the Stripe/Authorize detail from the order email).
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your profile picture.
- Click on Account.
- Click on Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
- Confirm.
The advanced features will remain usable until the expiry date after the cancellation.
